Many worthy bloggers & others have recently started in a challenge to have a supply of various salad leaves for 52 weeks of the year. You can read all about it courtesy of VP here. Now I am not involved but thought you might like to see how to take the easy way out. Please note the use of successional sowing – clever eh?

Is that successional sowing or did you just kill half of the seedlings
ReplyDeleteOMG you've cracked successional sowing - I've been trying to do that for years!
ReplyDeleteThanks for adding some much needed humour to the Challenge :)
If you weren't so lazy you could have done a pretty pattern design with that cress - otherwise there was really no point in growing it.
ReplyDeleteOr she could have done one of @DawnIsaac 's children's cress heart greetings cards. She's done a video and everything...
DeleteSimon, thanks so much for that question mark over my abilities; cress recovers quite well after wilting from lack of water!
ReplyDeleteAs for Ms Sock & VP - are you trying to make me feel inadequate? I will try to do better next successional sowing, I will try to do better.....
